A word of warning, even those of you young things, take a moment to warm up those ligaments, knees, hips, backs in order to avoid simple sprains which can put a damper on you holiday.  Of course call me, there are many techniques to patch you up if it happens.  Also take care, they cut the trees about 30-40 cm above the ground here, so when you are &#8220;doing the tree skiing, remember you could hid a stump under the snow, I have had many clients from this and often not pretty, cruciate ligaments or worse!  You have been warned.</p>
