Knee pain and skiing

With the season well underway here in Les Gets and variable snow conditions ranging from soft heavy stuff to hard packed stuff. Some info on knee pains, sometimes old and new injuries are due to problems with the knee being too weak on the inside quad muscles, one of the best ways to strengthen this muscle is whilst skiing, (although not if you are a complete beginner skier).
